**Some one like BUSINESS Maganement person** * start date:* ASAP *Location :*- Tulsa,OK Duration :- Long Term. *Responsibilities: * Organizes, leads, and facilitates cross-entity, enterprise wide redesign initiatives that will encompass an end to end current state analysis and future state road map /redesign. Conduct scoping, scheduling and facilitating workshops with the business and subject matter experts (SMEs) to discover, document, analyze and optimize business processes. Utilize structured interview techniques to analyze processes and perform detailed gap analysis between current and future state. Conduct process mapping techniques. Apply appropriate methodology based on best practices (e.g., internal business improvement methodology, Lean, Six Sigma, etc.) to enable internal clients to achieve their desired business results. Participate in business process modeling sessions, acting as a documentarian, facilitator or subject matter expert in sketch sessions.
