Job Title :- SalesForce Architect

Job Description:
The technical Architect will report to the Program Manager with a dotted
line relationship to the Project manager for this project. Following are the
primary responsibilities for the identified consultant:

* Interview various stakeholders and understand the current landscape,
including the Technical Support Incident Management system * Nimbus.
* Lead the Business analysts for documenting the requirements for
implementing Salesforce based Incident management system.
* Create architecture for interfacing Salesforce with various enterprise
systems, including (but not limited to) Genesys based Computer Telephony
Interface (CTI), SAP and possibly creating a Salesforce- Salesforce pipe
* Leading the Salesforce development team.
Qualifications/ Experience
* 5+ years experience with Salesforce CRM development. At least 3 end-to-end
Salesforce Support management/ incident management implementations for 200+
analysts.
* 5+ years experience with Knowledge Management development
* Certified Salesforce Developer with Support (Non-SFA experience)
* Proficient in HTML, XHTML, CSS and appropriate editing tools
* Enterprise experience developing cross‐browser and cross‐platform
compatible solutions
* Knowledge of using JavaScript frameworks to create rich interactive
components
* Experience in integrating other authentication/ accessibility mechanisms
with Salesforce.
* Proficient in emerging web technologies and best practices
* Experience of Salesforce integration with Genesys CTI will be a big Plus
* Experience of Salesforce integration with SAP will be a big Plus
