Candidates will knowledge of how to do this in an automated way are highly desirable. Experience with Pool talk, securities locator service (SLS), epro SUPP, Pool Data Direct (PDD), (a FM application) or disclosure related experience will be highly desirable. Mortgage experience, specifically in structured transactions experience (single family, mutli -family) is a plus. Must also be familiar with Quick Test Pro. Establish, prioritize and track roadmap of business initiatives and technology changes. Track project execution.
