Service notification and service orders, warranty management and contracts, parts substitution and replacement. Repair, replacement, refurbishment and returns process. Vendor warranty and customer warranty process. Strong experience and knowledge of working with service contracts, service materials, status tracking , bill of materials, pricing functionalities and Data Warehouse interfaces. Exposure to online global service and warranty mgmt exchange using online portals which can be used by customers and third party service mgmt companies. Strong interface knowledge to external systems and end to end processes covering SD, FICO and MM (including WM) module is a must. Should have worked on multiple complex customer add-ons, enhancements, user exits and modification projects relevant to service management as applicable to the consumer electronics industry.
