A minimum of three (3) years experience with IBM RSA (formerly IBM WSAD). A minimum of five (5) years direct work experience in Object-Oriented Design Methodology A minimum of five (5) years experience with JAVA/J2EE, JavaScript, JSP, HTML and XML. A minimum of two (2) years experience with Rational Unified Process (RUP) A minimum of five (5) years experience with 3-Tier design, Java servlets, EJBs, Websphere Advanced Server A minimum of two (2) years DB2 experience working with SQL.
