The resource will be working in a matrix environment, so they need to be adept at synthesizing information. Were looking for a senior .NET developer who is familiar with the most common architectural design patterns and knows why you choose one over the other, has hands-on experience with dependency injection (DI) and Object Relational Mapping (ORM) frameworks, and has enough senior-level experience to work independently.
