Resource will assist developers to resolve report, universe, and data issues. Resource will also assist with development and maintenance of enterprise tools that support day to day operations of the Business Objects Platform. Key Skills: Strong Customer interaction skills with excellent verbal and written communication required. A minimum of 2 years experience supporting Business Objects XI R3/R2 using both Web Intelligence and Crystal Reports, preferably in a help desk role. 3 or more years experience supporting previous versions of BO or Crystal Enterprise a plus. Experience in building/customizing interfaces with Business Objects using Java/.net frameworks. Proficient in use with Universe Designer Proficient in use with Web intelligence Knowledge with use of the Central Management Console Knowledge of the Business Objects XI Architecture, to include: production/Version Upgrades; Load Balancing/Fault Tolerance/Clustering capabilities Performance Tuning and Troubleshooting Understanding of Network and Directory Access infrastructures BO XI System Process Work Flow, Services, Administration, Security and Implementation 2 or more years experience developing Crystal and Webi based reports and has full life cycle experience from requirements gathering to deployment into production. Strong time management and project coordination skills a must with the ability to multitask across a number of activities with short delivery windows.
