Need: .NET Developer. Location: NYC. Rate: $40-50/hr. Duration: 5-12 months with an option of Hire NO H1B’s. ONLY GC, CITIZENS and EAD The client is seeking for an experienced .NET Developer with leadership skills to help manage their agile software development process while also contributing directly as a software developer. The candidate is expected to focus on software solutions for the Ad Sales group; the primary development platforms used are .NET and Oracle, SQL Server as the relational database engine. *Primary Responsibilities* § Drive the effective application of agile development methodologies to ensure that that the team is able to deliver business value effectively § Establish and maintain coding and technology standards § Develop, maintain and support .NET (client-server, web and web services) applications to support the Ad Sales group § Work with business customers in gathering and documenting requirements § Work individually or as part of a team § Ensure quality of work at all times *Required Skills/Experience* § 6 plus years of experience in developing IT applications § 4 or more years of experience with VB.NET, 2 or more of experience with web services § 4 plus years of experience with relational database management systems - preferably Oracle and/or Microsoft SQL Server § Very Strong Data Modeling Skills § Excellent communication skills (oral and written) § 4 or more years of experience gathering and documenting business requirements § Prior experience in architecting applications, user interface design and detailed system design § Effective organization skills, effective decision making and conflict resolution and a positive collaborative approach. § Strong knowledge and keen interest in emerging tools and technologies in the industry *Desired Skills/Experience* § Media Industry experience (highly desirable) § Business Intelligence Solutions (SQL Server Analysis Services) § Web based Applications § Strong OOAD skills § Experience with Web Services § C# programming skills Linda Monalisa Aim Computer Consulting N.
