Send resumes to m...@aim-cc.com ASAP. thank you...! *Need: Technical Writer* *Location: NYC* *Duration: 6 mos+...* *Rate: $50/hr* * * *Client: Morgan Stanley.*** Bachelors Degree Position Description Core Function: Documentation responsibility for materials required for the implementation of the Data Centre physical inventory mgmt program ( Aperture Vista and RFID Solutions *Specific Responsibilities:* Generate MS specific implementation materials for Aperture Vista and RFID System dependency documentation (as related to the Morgan Stanley environment) Inventory data migration across all regions and sites System Integration (for Tier 1 and Tier 2 systems as outlined in the POC scope of work) Flow processes for core operational functions System support Processes and guidelines for support/ feedback look during deployment roll out User Guides/ training materials BAU functionality for the global Data Center Operations teams (equipment move, add, change entries and updates) Server placement functionality Reporting functionality (canned and custom queries) Support materials (run book) Quick reference guides Concise, meaningful Tips to user community Establish and own the user feedback loop for the duration of the deployments Partner with Program Manager and other core team members to ensure successful deployment Skills Required Self starter- able to identify where focus is needed and bring clarity to requirements/ overall program. Capable of translating dense and complex material into easy to digest, visually impactful materials Capable of translating technical language to easy to digest basic text Demonstrates initiative when presented with potential obstacles Proven ability to manage multiple, concurrent tasks/ deliverables with minimal supervision Should enjoy fast paced work environment and client focused attitude. Collaborative capable of working effectively across a variety of IT and Business groups, across regions, roles and able to interact effectively with all levels.
