REQUIREMENT *Job Requirements*: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. • Previous *experience (8+ years) * in all phases of client server web-based software development, and other higher-level programming languages. • Demonstrated technical skill and knowledge of both back-end and front end web development. • Strong working knowledge of *JavaScript, JQuery, HTML and CSS3*. • Strong working knowledge of *web services, Java, JPA, JSP, Servlets, Hibernate, and SQL. * • Familiarity with *Backbone or jQuery mobile a plus. * • Strong skills required in analysis and design, critical thinking, verbal and written communications, and interpersonal interactions. • Understanding of business-to-business systems preferred. *Job duties include but not limited to: *· Software coding, testing, debugging, documentation, and installation tasks for on-line and batch processes in accordance with industry best practices and specific internal procedures and standards. · Participates in and may direct problem definition and problem resolution activities. · Coordinates with internal departments to provide associated deliverables required for projects. · Participates in and may direct the analysis and definition of efficient, cost effective application solutions which support client business processes and functional requirements. · Evaluates application architecture and design, development and maintenance programming deliverables, technology tools, and associated technology process for application systems, including integrated software and hardware application configurations. · Conducts assignments under general direction. · Performs knowledge transfer to other technical team members. May review the technical work of staff. · Improves and enforces coding standards. · Participates in and may lead IT forums, technology assessments, industry research, and other projects as needed. · Provides recommendations regarding IT technology direction and strategy. · Conducts client interviews to perform analysis of client business processes and functional requirements.
