*Need : Project ManagerLocaiton : Columbus OhioDuration : 6+months* *In-Person Interview only (MUST BE LOCAL)* *Total experience:* *8 to 9 years* Experience managing mail platform migrations from GroupWise to Exchange and the NetMail and Quest tool sets: Experience developing estimates for enhancement /development efforts in planning , analysis, design testing and implementation: Experience capturing and reporting required program management metrics: Experience monitoring project milestones and phases to ensure project is on schedule, taking corrective action if schedule slips: Experience developing program plan for enhancement /development effort: Experience managing scope of program and gaining agreement and approval of scope changes with customer representatives and stakeholders: Experience building strong partnering relationships with customers to drive results to achieve strategic goals: Experience interacting with all stakeholders at all levels within the organization and communication in depth with all stakeholders: Experience planning program specific training and orientation needs: Excellent and proven interpersonal skills: *The successful candidate will:* Have experience managing mail platform migrations from GroupWise to Exchange and the NetMail and Quest tool sets. Have the ability to build strong partnering relationships with customers to drive results to achieve strategic goals. Have a strong working knowledge of the State of Ohio’s Office of Information Technology, and ideally will have knowledge or experience working with the Department of Job and Family Services.
