*Need : .Net Developer/AnalystLocation : Cedar Rapids, IADuration : 6-12 months* Interview Method: *Face-Face* *.Net Developer* Support third party applications, including application and platform upgrades, internal customizations, creation and maintenance of interfaces to external systems, trouble-shooting and customer support. Design, develop, test, implement, and support new and existing internally developed applications. Design, develop, test, implement and support reports with SSRS or other reporting tools. Contribute to the review and analysis of business requirements and technical design specifications for complex projects. Review design and development work of others to provide feedback for improvement and adherence to standards. Assist in creation and execution of test plans for integration and system tests. Model business processes and data. Work independently and as part of a team. Plan and set direction on small to large sized projects by coordinating with co-workers, clients, operations, and technical support Manage multiple activities at the same time. Perform training/mentoring services. *Champion standards, SOX, and best practices*. Demonstrate advanced understanding of software development and research tools. *Position Requirements:* Minimum* 5 - 8 years of work experience in this field*. Bachelor’s Degree in MIS / Computer science or equivalent combination of education and experience.
