It is a highly customized implementation with 5200 users. It is used with their internet and case management systems ane is integrated with Lotus Notes for storage of emails, docs etc related to a case. Upcoming project-They are currently selecting new tools for improved monitoring and reporting on SharePoint applications and environment. This person will be responsible for implementing and testing the selected tool.. Will also be 3rd level support for issue escalation Enterprise Technology Services is in need of two system engineer leads to assist with the SharePoint 2013 Upgrade Project. These positions will perform top-level support of MOSS 2007, SharePoint 2010, and SharePoint 2013 applications. The ideal candidate must possess strong understanding of SharePoint and collaboration-related platforms and tools. They must also demonstrate a professional demeanor and outstanding communication and soft skills. They must be able to work well in a team environment as well as be an independent contributor.
