*Details:* *Job Title: RTC - Cisco Solutions Engineer * *Location: Plaza, NY* *Duration: 12 months* *Job Description:* Manage large project execution and delivery Validate user requirements Manage processes for introduction of new/refreshed solutions into the production environment Develop support model workflows for new products and services (validating operational support model, MAC-D, initial inventory and billing process) Accountable for POCs and Pilots (i.e. user requirements, user experience, PMLC/PTO A&E responsibility) Integrate RTC products/services into IT Service Management Coordinate with vendor performed sustained engineering function for task execution *Technical Expertise:* Demonstrate technical knowledge of voice and video infrastructure Broad knowledge of vendor and carrier services Technical and Operational experience managing the voice and/or video environment Experience delivering large scale technical solutions to financial organizations Strong process engineer with technical expertise to enable and optimize efficiency of teams *Professional Competencies:* Proven leadership skills in a high pace, highly technical solutions environment Ability to interact effectively with all levels of customers and leadership Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and respond under pressure Strong analytical and organizational skills, including attention to detail, and ability to determine effective course of action as required Ability to thoroughly review, understand and interpret technology updates for applicability in the RTC environment *Other Required Skills:* Bachelor (4-year) degree, with a technical major, such as computer science, computer engineering or ten years relevant experience in lieu of degree. 10+years of strong technical experience in coordinating the implementation and operation of Cisco voice and data communication solutions. Must have exceptional time management skills, be customer oriented and strong organizational and coordination skills.
