Major Job Duties and Responsibilities: Maintain and administer server environment and related computing environments including computer hardware, systems software, applications software and all configurations. Perform data backups and disaster recovery operations, as well as decommissioning operations when necessary. Diagnose, troubleshoot, and resolve hardware, software, or other network and system problems, and replace defective components when necessary. Perform other duties as assigned. The manager is looking for Strong Linux candidates and a strong Solaris candidates *Title: **Technical Infrastructure Specialists* *Location: **Cleveland OH* *Duration: **8** months* The manager is looking for 1 Technical Infrastructure Specialists who will work with our line of business customers to implement their business applications onto the Windows Server platform according to standards and policies. The ideal candidate would have a blend of technical skills (i.e. Windows Server 2008, Network, Configuration, etc.), in addition to organizational skills relative to project management and high-level communication. Windows Server 2012 would be a plus. Additionally candidate will understanding other operating systems (Linux), Networking, ITIL, and Project Management. Work will focus on server decommissioning through standard change control within the ServiceNow tool.
