administration and 40% Email marketing. Client uses a tool called “Marketo”
for Email marketing purposes, but they are open to a candidate with any
tool experience, or even a SalesForce Admin who has worked closely with the
Email marketing

Job Description

Seeking someone with excellent technical and communication skills who can
interface directly with the Bio-Rad Business to administer and enhance
Salesforce. The CRM System Admin will report into Group Marketing
Operations and will support the Marketo Business Analyst. This position
will be responsible for supporting the Marketing operations from both a
data and process perspective in both Marketo and salesforce.com. This role
requires close interaction with product Marketing, Marketing
Communications, I.T. and Sales management to support lead generation
programs that drive sales effectiveness and pipeline growth.

The successful candidate must be a self-starter, be able to manage multiple
tasks and projects simultaneously, own deliverables, end to end, prioritize
workload effectively, and thrive in a dynamic environment.  This individual
must also work well under pressure to meet ongoing and overlapping
deadlines within short time constraints.

*Primary Responsibilities*:

·     Work closely with the LSG Group Marketing/CRM team to drive data and
process optimizations for both salesforce.com and Marketo.

·     Respond and resolve inbound user case requests.  Identify and rectify
day-to-day data quality issues within the operational processes.  Identify
trends and suggest long term solutions

·     Suggest and implement Best Practices in regards to
usage/customization of the standard objects (Lead, Contact, Account,
Opportunities, Campaigns)

·     Create and maintain custom objects, fields, and formulas, validation
rules and custom workflow, triggers, alerts, automated email responses, etc.

·     Maintain user roles, security levels and profiles.  Conduct
security/configuration audits.

·     Audit, uncover and resolve data integrity issues

·     Bulk import of data.

·     Administer the Marketo platform by managing the user profiles,
workspaces, lead scoring rules, new custom fields, and lead dispatch maps.

·     Support the Marketo user community by maintaining documentation, work
instruction and monitoring the Chatter Group.

·     Run Marketo reports for the Marketing teams as needed.

·     Implement new segments in Marketo as needed.

·     Monitor the Lead database and dispatch orphan MQLs daily to the
appropriate Sales reps.

·     Help regional teams localize global campaigns, by cloning them and
overwriting global content with translated content.

·     Support regional teams with SFDC reporting needs (e.g. dashboards,
lead reports, etc.)

·     Drive continuous improvements in SFDC for fields standardization and
support any data hygiene projects

*Required Experience*

·         BS Degree in Business, Marketing, Information Science or
equivalent.

·         2 years Salesforce.com experience.

·         2 years experience in a Marketing or Sales operations environment.

·         2  years experience with email marketing, preferably marketing
automation such as Marketo or Eloqua

·         Experience creating reports/dashboards/sales pipeline

Knowledge of Salesforce.com security (roles, profiles, role hierarchy,
sharing
