Please find below the job description for the same and reply back to me with your consultant updated profile and contact details at the earliest convenience. *Position: Sr. Java Developer with strong Performance Testing experience. * *Location: Marlborough, MA* *Duration: 6 Months* *Description:* • Solid Java development expertise (60%) – mandatory as tools and utilities have to be developed/enhanced from time to time • Performance Engineering / Tuning / Testing Experience (40%) – mandatory as ability to think around application/system/infrastructure performance is important • Good communication skills – mandatory as customer interaction will be very high *Additonal info:* • Analyze, innovate, design and develop software programs for performance testing group, build/assist/maintain frameworks and technology components. (Development experience in Java is a must) • Identify & Innovate tool set necessary to perform performance engineering and monitoring (very critical) • Experience as tools admin for all performance tools like HP Load Runner, HP Performance center, Sitescope, Shunra etc. Experience with J2EE diagnostics tools like Dynatrace/app dynamics/ HP Diagnostics etc. • Understand business use cases, internal/external performance Benchmarks, debug performance issues, decision making on issues, technical assistance in performance analysis, and tuning databases and applications stack • Involved in Non Functional Requirement gathering, Planning, Design, Development, Performance Testing, Performance engineering, Monitoring, and Analysis activities • Participate and review application architecture, design and requirements documents from performance perspective. • Expert level understanding of Java, core Java EE components, JVM statistics and JVM tuning on one of the app servers IIS/Websphere/ Weblogic/ JBoss etc. • Good understanding of one of the enterprise databases like Oracle, DB2 or SQL etc. • Good understanding of one or more operating systems (preferably AIX, Linux, windows) and analyze how they contribute to performance • collaborating with stakeholders, Managing & Mentoring Team Members, • Work with development team to resolve any potential performance bottleneck *Warm Regards,* *Mazhar Khan* *__________________* *Resourcing Specialist* *SYSTEL *| Atlanta, GA *A Certified (MBE) Minority Business Enterprise* *Direct: *+1- 678-203-2434 *mazh...@systelcomputers.com <mazh...@systelcomputers.com>*
