*Senior Oracle/PL-SQL Developer *
Client is seeking candidates for an Oracle Senior Developer position with a strategic client in the Corporate and Investment Banking Industry in Baltimore, MD. Scope of the project involves Oracle support services in the Asset Wealth Management domain. This includes new functionalities, regulatory projects and other enhancements. Project is executed in a global delivery model including business center in Baltimore, offshore team and other stakeholders located globally. Key Responsibilities: • Provide architecture and design recommendations for database creation and expansion meeting the usability, scalability, and performance requirements. • Expert in performance tuning of the queries, review and provide recommendations to the application developers. • Prepares comprehensive documentation, and ensures timely completion of assigned work • Integrate with many upstream and downstream systems • Guide the ETL team and review the data load programs to ensure the data quality and provide proper checks and balances with upstream and downstream systems • Strong data analysis skills and ensure regulatory requirements are met • Work with functional staff to establish and clarify requirements • Prepares comprehensive documentation, and ensures timely completion of assigned work Required Skills: • 8+ years’ of experience in Relational database concepts, relational logical modeling, best practices, and physical design • 8+ years’ experience on Oracle database and related technologies • Robust Knowledge and implementation experience of ETL tools including Informatica • Strong Database engineering skills and expertise on PL-SQL • Integrate with dispersed global team and deliver the work on time. • Strong communication skills • Ability to work in agile environment • Ability to handle teams working in multiple sites (onsite, offshore, near shore) ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED 8+ year experience in database engineering with expertise in oracle NONESSENTIAL SKILLS DESIRED The following skills are desirable for this opportunity: • Understanding of Asset Wealth Managements business is a value add EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS Bachelor of Science in Computer Science or a related degree SELLING POINTS Corporate Brokerage / Investment banking experience Good communication *LI-TS2 -- *Thanks & Regards* *Subodh * *Param Consulting Services Inc.* 732-404-0411/0466 Ext 5562 | sub...@pcsionweb.com | http://www.pcsionweb.com *Gtalk :* subodhparam
