*Essential Skills:* Pega Production Support Experience Responsibilities include AQMS small path documentation, requirements, requirements approvals, test planning, test cases, implementation plans, test summary reports, Quality Center, assisting with issues as needed and as time allows. Multiple work streams within a project, so multiple test plans, test cases, implementation plans with some reuse. Will run implementation calls and provide coordination on calls, including obtaining RFC’s. Must have good grasp of communication and strong enough technically to understand what needs to happen, when and how fast. The area is highly technical and complex. Will work closely with the AFI PM, Engineer and Vendor tech personnel.
