Description: Software Quality Engineer: Indianapolis, IN *Overview:* Software quality engineers (QEs) on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) Mobile Products team work specifically on improving the quality of an expanding line-up of web based applications, mobile application integrations, and a mobile device SDK that together empower our customers to effectively communicate with their client base through their mobile devices. QEs collaborate closely with developers and product throughout the development process and make a direct and immediate impact on the quality of the software being developed. The SFMC applications are multi-tiered and cloud based and QE team members are expected to be capable of testing at all layers of the applications. Thus, QEs must have knowledge of at least some relevant web services test tools and SQL and should be ready to quickly adapt to changing needs. *Responsibilities:* •Actively participate in a squad based, Agile, development process •Design and execute web services tests at the API level and report findings •Assess and determine testing coverage, risk, sufficiency, and limitations •Conduct both functional and non-functional testing •Provide timely input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, and potential risks •Quickly learn the software and understand the end user and other stakeholder’s needs and values •Research, learn, and apply testing tools that can be used for a given project and its specific needs •Assist the automation team in understanding and prioritizing the automation testing needs of the mobile product line *Requirements: * •3+ years of experience including software testing and any other relevant experience working with mobile related technologies •Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in applicable field •Experience testing web based software and especially web service •Strong experience with SOATest, SoapUI, Fiddler, or other web services test tools. •Good experience with or knowledge of REST, SOAP, XML, and JSON, SQL. •Experience with JIRA or similar issue tracking software. •Experience with SQL and testing at the DB level. *Anuj Rai* *Sr. Recruitment Manager* *Zenith tech Solutions* *Desk: 518-621-0048Fax: 518-244-49773 park Hill* *Albany, NY 12204* *Email Id:- [email protected] <[email protected]>* *Gmail:- [email protected] <[email protected]>* *Website:- www.zenithtechsolutions.com <http://www.zenithtechsolutions.com/>*
