All candidates are expected to possess strong technical expertise as well as strong leadership and mentoring skills. All Software Engineers on this project typically work on complex computer programs and defined segments of highly complex programs. The candidate should be familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices and procedures, and perform most complex applications development related tasks without guidance. The developer will also advise on project sizing and estimation. The candidate is expected to proactively contribute and offer recommendations for architecture and design decisions. *Experience:* · Required development experience with .Net 4.5 and above, C#, WebAPI, AngularJS, Bootstrap, CSS, HTML5, SQL Server 2008 (and above) · Required experience with Visual Studio 2012 or greater, and IIS 7.5 and above · Required experience with Agile development (SCRUM) · Preferred experience with Test Driven Methodologies and Continuous Integration · Preferred experience with Grunt, Jasmine/Karma, Bower, NuGet *Education* · Bachelor of Science in computer science or a related technical field, or equivalent combination of post-secondary education and work experience, required.
