Troubleshoot production issues. Respond to critical outages or issues. Drive to root cause and resolution. Provide on-call support for after-hours batch processes. Follow SOP for implementing workaround and work with L3 technical team . Partner with Delivery Management team to ensure a smooth transition from enhancement and project teams to production support team. Ensure that service level agreements are met. Essential Skills Required Ø EDI 834 knowledge and hands on experience is a MUST HAVE Ø Database knowledge, hands on experience with writing SQL queries, joins in SQL is a MUST HAVE Ø Healthcare experience with enrollments and adjudication platforms is a MUST HAVE Ø FACETS DB knowledge is plus Ø Basic TIBCO knowledge is a plus Ø Work experience in a production support environment is a plus Ø Person should be good in analysis, quick triaging of issues with quick turnaround on adhoc requests Other Essential Requirements · No vacation planned during Open Enrollment (OE) between October and February · May have to work extended hours during OE · Should be open to multiple round of interviews with Infosys and client team · 4+ years of IT experience Education Requirements Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
