Please send me profiles to aye...@coco-soft.com for the below position *Business Analyst* *Location : Fairfield, NJ * *Duration : Long term* *Job Summary * ------------------------------ The Digital Business Analyst will play a key role in the full software development lifecycle of migrating the current Health & Safety (PHSS) digital channels from their current on premise/propriety E-Commerce platform to a cloud based platform. The Digital Business Analyst will work directly along side the business product manager across all aspects of the migration process, playing a key role in *requirements and discovery through UAT and launch*. The business analyst will also *assist the Product Manager in engaging with all vendors in the implementation process: the eCom platform supplier, systems integrator, UX team, development team, testing/UAT resources and SEO consulting* to ensure that business project requirements are met. The Digital Business Analyst will support the product manager in maintaining current digital properties during the migration process. *Responsibilities* ------------------------------ · Participates in and documents sessions with the business to finalize functional and non-functional requirements · Works with the Product Manager to document and detail final acceptance criteria based on UX designs as well as functional and non-functional requirements · Analyze requirements against selected technology to execute gap analysis · Finalize all documentation when required · Assist Product Manager in the engagement and support of development teams by providing clarifications on requirements and design, escalating as needed · Communicates openly, effectively and often with all members on the business and IT teams to ensure an effective implementation · *Support UAT and business acceptance during each development sprint and upon project completion* · *Responsible for performance analysis of A/B variant testing of new platform against existing E-Commerce platforms upon launch* · Assist Product Manager in supporting current digital properties, as needed, during the migration process ------------------------------ *Qualifications* ------------------------------ · Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, Finance, Statistics or Economics. · *3-5 years of previous experience as a Business Analyst on major Cloud-based E-Commerce implementation projects.* Bonus – Demandware (now Salesforce Commerce Cloud) experience · Familiarity with Agile product development · *Ability to actively engage and if needed lead requirements sessions* · *Capture and document both functional and non-functional requirements, process models and business rules for E-Commerce solutions from multiple sources * · *Ability to work cross-functionality across a variety of different internal and external groups* · *Knowledge of SEO considerations for E-Commerce migration projects * · Proficiency in both Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics · Knowledge of relational databases, expert knowledge of Microsoft Access (SQL a plus) · Data management skills with knowledge of Excel (v lookups and pivot tables/charts a must) · Knowledge of Microsoft Word and PowerPoint · *Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work independently and within a team environment.* · *Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.* · *Excellent group presentation skills.* · Ability to learn and execute quickly, in a fast-paced environment · Ability to travel 10%-15%.
