*Duration: 12 Months* Good understanding of all modules of MFG/Pro. Good knowledge of PROGRESS 4 GL Version 10.xKnowledge of PROGRESS Administration Tools. Should have extensive work experience on support projects. Analysis, design and development of applications using MFG/Pro and Progress Interact with business customers for basic new requirements and issue analysis. Regularly monitor all logged issues . Plan and prioritize workload among team members . Perform root cause analysis on issues in a large production environment. Assist in the development of work processes to ensure the proper and successful use of the applications. Write unit and system test plans/specifications and perform testing. Code review to ensure conformance to quality standards and specifications. Interact with project teams to ensure a smooth and successful transition to support after the deployment of new applications or new major versions and adhere to all stated company policies and processes. Project status reporting and metrics . Willing to work in production support environment and be available on call to handle any critical issues / system outages Knowledge of QAD applications like EDI will be added advantage.
