Note: Passport Copy, Visa Copy and Id Proof is mandatory for Submission No OPT’S Client ACCENTURE Job Title Oracle HRMS Application Lead/IT Analyst Primary Skill ORACLE-HRMS Location San Jose, CA Job Description • The primary focus of the Application Lead is to provide functional and technical leadership in the evaluation, analysis, design, support and coordination of enterprise-wide Oracle HRMS software. • This position is hands-on and requires strong knowledge of Oracle HRMS, around Workforce Management, Compensation & Benefits. • Primary Modules involved are Core HRMS, Employee/Manager Self Service, Absence Management, OTL, Payroll and Benefits Interfaces, Workflow, Approvals Management. • Will serve as an IT point-of-contact for assigned functional areas and act as a Liaison between Business and Offshore Development/Support teams. • Ability to elicit/understand/evaluate business requirements and write clear functional specifications and solution design documents. • Troubleshoot and resolve complex problems related to the above application modules. • Strong understanding of Human Resources processes and data. • Multi-Task between different environments in fast paced environment, multi time zones.
