[DOTNET-ROTOR] error when running JScript

Hi,

After building Rotor and then running the JScript compiler I get an unsigned
assembly error message and then the following.

Unhandled Exception: System.IO.FileLoadException: Strong name validation
failed
for assembly 'jsc.exe'.
File name: "jsc.exe"
