Problem is (as Thomas pointed out) that the Holidays depend on the
Country, State and in New Zealand, your "city" or region, as we don't
have states here but do have regional holidays - like Auckland
Anniversary Day, which is not the "city" of Auckland per se, but the
general area.

Not impossible to manage, but still difficult...
