Although the site says that they stopped work on 4/13 -- in addition,
the downloadable API Viewer also provides .NET references as well.

Sounds like a nice (and probably extensive) project for the MSDN
documentation people. Put "see also" references in the Win32 functions
that point to .NET object methods, and vice versa.
