Wrox Press has "Effective Visual Studio.Net" which I think is OK, especially
if you want to just "get up to speed" in a weekend on the IDE, rather than
battling both code and the IDE!

There is also this site: www.learnvisualstudio.net which has been
recommended to me in the past.

Cheers
Ken

: Well, I have plenty of books on using the programming languages, I want
: one that tells me how to use this expensive program IDE that I've
: bought. I know that there's a ton of stuff to do with it, I just can't
: figure it all out on my own.
