If his level best equates to posting a chunk of code and asking us to fix a bug, without any context, errors, or in fact details of the bug, I fail to see why anyone should help him. I have no problem with beginner questions, I do have a big issue with people not putting the effort in when they want us to expend effort in return. So, in short, I WILL blame him for being so utterly lazy that he didn't even post an actual question.
