I'm not going to write you any code, but its relatively simple.

1) Use some kind of javascript timer on each page, which displays
something like an Ajax Modal Popup when it fires (you should probably
hardcode the session timeout - 2 minutes)

2) When the popup is displayed, make the OK button refresh the current
page (thereby starting the process again), and the Cancel button
simply closes the Modal Popup without refreshing the current page.
