I have a project in MS Access that I now have to move to VS. I'm
finding that VS is a lot harder to do what you want compared to
Access.

I would like to provide the equivalent to a combobox in Access. Where
the user has the option to key in the data if they know it or use the
dropdown list to find the data. Also, I have a validation on the
combobox that if the user keys in an invalid number it will give them
an error when they tab off of the input control.

Could someone explain to me how to accomplish this in VS? BTW..I'm a
newbie. :-)
