Hi All, Pardon this very basic question. I know nothing of dot net, but am curious to make sure I understood what someone told me the other day. I have googled, but the answer was not obvious. If I understood properly, the person with whom I was speaking said that there are not concurrency issues in dot net, that dot net manages itself. I am not sure what this means. Is there no threading as there is in java? If there is no threading, how does dot net compensate for the advantages that threading does provide?
I am not trying to start a flame war. I am truly interested to know. Thanks!
