[DotNetDevelopment] Uploading Greeting nd displaying in home page

hi
i am bit new to .net can any one suggest me to display the greeting
card(like small icon) one the home page,so when user click one that
greeting it sholud be pop with clear visibility to read.
and i want provide admin to upload the greeting.
please help me to do this
