Certain it's not version 1 - the application itself requires at least
version 2.0 or later. In the Microsoft .NET folder, he has Framework and
Framework 64. And in each he appears to have v2.0.50727 and V3.0.
Besides, on Vista, isn't version 3.0 installed automatically?
