Hmmm... this would be a difficult problem to fix without first hand exposure to the environment. I can only ask that you provide as much detail as possible. For instance, what are the settings in the Configuration manager? What is the build mode ? When you set breakpoints, what does the tooltip say when you hover over a breakpoint ? Have you checked the Breakpoints window - The breakpoints could be set but disabled. They could also be conditional breakpoints.
