Jeena, Get a book on .Net and Crystal Reports (Amazon has some good ones). Crystal is great, but not the easiest thing to use without a little practice. Crystal can get data from a lot of sources, so without a code example from you, it is hard to give any suggestions on what to do. The preview mode of the free Crystal Reports that comes with VS will populate "dummy" data for you if you do not connect the report to a datasource at design time. Jim
