Arun,
Let's get a few things straight:
1. If I see one more instance of repeated posts from your side, I will
have to ban you. If you do not understand why your posts do not appear
in the archive immediately, perhaps you should read the Group's
Welcome message.
2. It is obvious that you did not read the link I referred to ("How to
ask questions the smart way"). Understandably, it is a long document
and requires patience (which obviously you do not have), but I would
have hoped that you could atleast have progressed to the 6th topic
(http://catb.org/~esr/faqs/smart-questions.html#writewell) therein. As
"The_Fruitman" and I observed, your requirements were obviously pasted
in from another source and then you are back to your irritating use of
TxtSpeak / SMS Lingo. Please learn to write in proper English.
3. Why does it take you 5 posts (not to mention the 6 repeated posts
that I removed during moderation) to come up with a question ? If you
are so confused that you cannot even define the problem, how do you
expect anyone to help you ? This is a discussion group for intelligent
people. If you cannot communicate even such a basic problem without
wasting everyone's time, perhaps you do not fit in.
4. If you ask questions that are easily googled, you will most often
receive links to google as a response because you are proving to
everyone that you are too lazy to find the solution to your own
problems and are expecting to be spoonfed.
5. Instead of blaming the computers or the faculty at NIIT (I did
a .NET course at NIIT many years ago), perhaps it's time for you to
shoulder the responsibility of your own learning.
To summarize, no one in this Group (or any other forum on the net, for
that matter) will have the time or patience to mentor you throughout
your learning process. We are here because helping others solve
challenging problems is an immensely satisfying experience. It is
however upto you to be worthy of that help.
