1. Client is Matlab and is not able to add web references for secure
web services.
2. That is why I am creating .net Assembly (a Class Library). Matlab
is able to talk to dll.
3. Client machine will have .net framework 2.0.
4. When I added the dll to matlab it does not show any methods.
5. It shows http://server/wsMoneyConverter.asmx.  This is a NO NO
cause all the data must be transmitted securely.
6. And we dont want the client (matlab) to even see this coming from
web services.
7. That's why I wanted to impletment wrapper but that not even
working.

Please suggest. I hope you understand the problem now.
