[DotNetDevelopment] Need a help creating Shortcut

Dear friends,

I need a help for creating short cut for my asp.net windows application ie
like eg: windows+R --> gives run command window.. like once the user enters
Ctrl+Shift+I my app should start. please suggest me some good logic.
