It's a ASP.NET 2.0 C# application.

Essentially, I don't want it at all, not right now anyway, but it
appears to be happening on its own.  I would assume this is coming
from the browser.  I'm trying to determine why so I can stop it or at
least get it to conform to some set of rules.
