step 1 : find the website you want to extract the temperature.... every
country used to have their national weather forcast website.
step 2 : use the WebClient from Imports System.Net to suck that web site
(make sure you get the right page where the information is).
step 3 : parse the data received till you get the temperature information
step 4 : just past that result on to you page.

simple.
