Yes. It's a framework. I forgot to mention earlier that this has no IDE. :-)
I think Clarion is the next big alternative for you: http://clarion.net.au/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=10&Itemid=25 I once saw this being demonstrated by my peers years ago (circa year 2005). I say it's a terrific product. Almost no need to code at all! But the price of this product is very high. I suggest you do a research on this if you're interested. Cheers!
