Could u please clarify your problem in more clear way. What you
wanted to do
select 10 Rows Randomly from a table which consist of 100 no's of Records ?
If your having Above scenario then the below code will work out for you.
Select Top 2 [ColumnName] from [TableName]
Order by NEWID()
