I don't think you can have a readymade component because no one knows your codebase.
The most common solution is to place all the strings into resource files and load them from there. Then you can hire any translation service to transcribe all your english strings into (relevant) alternate language strings. Place those resource files alongwith the english files and setup a way for the user to change language. Google and you will find many straightforward examples of the same.
