Give a way your talents to any group to experience what programming is like. You have to ask questions in requirements gathering. Present a proposed plan to the group or user and have them agree on what you are going to do. After the two of you find the right middle ground you attempt to put a budget of time to do what you said you were going to do. Next you start actually coding. As you progress you have to update your actual time against your budget so you LEARN how fast you actually accomplish tasks. Next you plan your tests and have your user actually test what it is that you did. This could be for any company that is non profit! If you are going to give away your services do it to an organization that might have a problem paying for them. Could be your local religious organization that you worship at or it could be the day care facility that your children will attend in the future -- Stephen Russell Sr. Production Systems Programmer CIMSgts 901.246-0159 cell
