I have a Windows Forms app that uses .NET 2.0. My users run this app on a Windows 2003 Terminal Server. We are in the process of upgrading to a Windows 2008 Terminal Server. The app runs fine on the new server but the start-up times are horrible. On the 2003 box, app start-up takes about 2 seconds, while on the 2008 box it takes 45+ seconds.
Can anyone give me any suggestions are where to look to find a solution?
