Wonder who comes up with such stupid requirements! Full screen viewing is a user preference. Even if it were possible to override user settings and open the site in fullscreen, what would you do if the user goes back to normal viewing mode?
I find that only popup windows (the scourge of the interweb!) open in full screen mode.
