First thing to do :

Turn off customErrors in your web.config file. It's showing up the
real account name and password for the world to see. For help, refer
this page: http://www.serverintellect.com/support/programming/custom-errors.aspx
Then, immediately, change the password to your SendGrid account.

Regarding the problem at hand:

1. Try to change the values in the part of the config where it
mentions the port. (Remove the attribute for instance). It's possible
that the default 25 port is blocked by GoDaddy.

2. You should be able to get in touch with GoDaddy support and inquire
about the SMTP server configuration required to send emails from your
hosting setup. In addition, make sure that they have provided read
permissions to the ASPNET system account to the directory in which
your website is hosted. Again, I'm assuming that your hosting contract
with GoDaddy includes access to the mail server and you do not need to
use SendGrid's services anymore. It probably isn't a paid account
(guessing from the fact that you didn't know about it)

3. There are tons of samples on the net illustrating how to send mails
in .NET but this is the simplest and most straightforward I could
find:

http://weblogs.asp.net/marianos/archive/2008/01/09/send-mails-from-net.aspx

Don't worry, your problem amounts to a mail configuration problem that
has arisen because your new hoster has a different server setup. Let
us know if you need more help.
