Stephen is not really correct in his statement - If the source data query was from another DB, then you could 'restore' data from the alternate DB.
Gourav, I'm not sure if SQL server stores backups of itself within itself. You can query for 'log' info - table info, update info, etc. Perhaps describe a little more in detail what you are trying to accomplish. Thanks.
